Any property in Covington is eligible for nomination!

Nominations can include homes, businesses, gardens, community projects, parks, apartments, condominiums and neighborhood blocks. You are allowed to nominate your own property or one owned by someone else.

Only exteriors of nominated properties are evaluated. Care, maintenance, and design are considered.

Market value and size are not considered in evaluation of any nominated property. We love to include a variety of home sizes!

Winners will be selected from the nominations received, however, the judging panel reserves the right to nominate properties other than those submitted.

Are currently listed for sale.

Have been prior recipients of this award, unless substantial renovations to the property or gardens have been made.
